*Die-cut decals (stickers), $5.00 each

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES:
*Decal orders only = + $1.00
*1-2 clothing items = + $5.00
*3 or more clothing items = + $10.00

HOW TO ORDER:

*All merchandise orders need to be completed by April 15, 2010.

       1)    Send an email to mudfestmerch06@hotmail.com entitled “MERCHANDISE ORDER”

      2) Include your name, telephone number, the address you would like the merchandise shipped to, and your exact order including the type and size of each item.

       3)     You will get a confirmation email back with your merchandise payment total.

       4)     Send payment, in the form of cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order, in the exact amount given in the confirmation email, as soon as you get the confirmation email.

       5)     Make payment payable to “Brandy” and mail it to: Mud Fest Order, c/o Brandy, 40475 HWY 228, Sweet Home, OR 97386

       6)     Payment must be received by May 1, 2010 or your merchandise will be resold.

       7) Expect your merchandise 2-4 weeks after the April 15, 2010 deadline.  Remember that merchandise is not in stock and must be ordered to meet the demand.  Delivery timeline is subject to change.
